RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute, and optimize SEO/SEM strategies across Baidu, Google, and Bing to drive high-quality traffic and leads.
Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across search, display, and social platforms to maximize conversions and ROI.
Own official website localization and civilization, ensuring content, messaging, UX, and conversion paths are aligned with local market behavior, language preferences, and cultural context.
Collaborate with global teams to localize global campaigns, landing pages, and product messaging for the GCR market while maintaining brand consistency.
Oversee social media operations, including content planning, publishing, and performance analysis across regional platforms.
Lead social media content localization and civilization, transforming global content into locally relevant narratives that resonate with regional audiences and industry stakeholders.
Plan and execute webinars and online events as demand-generation, thought leadership, and product education channels for the local market.
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize digital campaigns using data-driven insights.
Work closely with marketing, business development, and product teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives and regional growth priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, paid advertising platforms, and social media marketing.
Proven experience in website localization, content localization, or regional digital marketing is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
Experience in B2B, gaming, payment or technology industries is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; English proficiency is required (bilingual or multilingual capability is a strong advantage).
