We are hiring a Portuguese-speaking Senior Infrastructure Integration Engineer to support M&A infrastructure integration from discovery through Day 1 and beyond. You will coordinate cross-domain delivery across networking, identity, endpoints, and collaboration platforms while keeping security and compliance central—apply today.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to infrastructure integration workstreams for M&A, covering Day 1 readiness and post-close execution
- Develop integration strategies by shaping roadmaps, key milestones, and rollback frameworks
- Conduct technical discovery to identify requirements for target-state architectures and integration planning
- Partner with domain teams across Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/SSO/MFA), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), and Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM)
- Maintain alignment of all integration activities with security, compliance, and organizational protocols
- Liaise with application, security, workplace, and business teams and engage external vendors or service providers as needed
- Monitor delivery progress, log risks, and compile stakeholder-ready status reporting
- Estimate resourcing needs and support forecasting or budgeting activities
- Create documentation and operational materials to enable an orderly handover to downstream teams
Requirements
- Professional background of 3+ years in IT infrastructure with exposure to multi-domain projects
- Direct experience supporting M&A infrastructure integration or technology consolidation programs
- Hands-on familiarity with networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM), plus foundational cloud and security understanding
- Proven ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams distributed across geographies
- Clear capability in project coordination including planning, governance, and issue resolution processes
- Strong communication skills for facilitating technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Awareness of TSA processes, cloud migration approaches, or Zero Trust frameworks
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above
- Brazilian Portuguese proficiency at a B2+ level
