We’re looking for an HR People Partner to support our key business departments. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Additionally, HR People Partner will align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and leadership development. This role will focus on talent management, compensation, workforce planning, diversity and driving change management initiatives.
This role is based in the Philippines. We provide relocation support for candidates who are open to moving.
• Collaborate with HR Operations: Partner with HR Operations to tailor people policies, processes, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business goals, employee branding, and value proposition.
• Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to ensure a high-performing workforce aligned with business goals.
• Performance Management: Drive and oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, coaching managers on providing effective feedback, facilitating performance reviews, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, foster a positive culture, and align values with organizational objectives.
• Compensation & Rewards: Collaborate and partner with the C&B team to develop programs to attract, retain and motive top talent.
• Change Management: Provide leadership in managing organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee engagement.
• HR Analytics & Insights: Use data and analytics to inform decisions on talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Leadership Coaching & Development: Offer coaching to senior leaders and manage leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Conflict Resolution & Risk Management: Address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• HR Programs & Policies: Develop and implement HR programs and policies that drive organizational success and employee satisfaction.
• 10+ years as a strategic HR People Partner in fast-paced, complex organizations, ideally with international exposure.
• Cross-functional experience in HR/OD consulting, business operations, or consulting roles that deepen business insight.
• Influencing and decision-making at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Analytical skills for data-driven HR decisions (e.g., compensation, people analytics).
• In-depth knowledge of global HR programs (compensation, performance management, leadership development).
• Strong understanding of employment laws and their impact on HR.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), maturity, and cultural awareness.
• Integrity, assertiveness, and confidence to manage complex situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to partner across functions and drive HR initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR practices in technology companies and global HR policies
