Senior Engineering Manager (Frontend Development)

Responsibilities
• Lead Team Leads, including succession and workforce planning
• Own delivery across multiple frontend teams, ensuring alignment and predictable execution
• Drive a data-informed engineering culture (metrics, quality, efficiency)
• Maintain high standards of frontend architecture and overall tech health
• Ensure synergy across core products
• Build and scale an org of ~25 engineers via Team Leads
• Identify and resolve systemic delivery and engineering issues proactively
What makes you the perfect fit
- 5+ years of frontend experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript in large-scale systems
- Deep architectural expertise (build systems, CI/CD, modular architecture)
- Experience with platforms, design systems, or developer tools
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence technical direction
