We are looking for a Senior Supply Marketing Manager to lead courier acquisition and engagement initiatives across multiple markets. This role focuses on growing and strengthening the courier supply side through branding, CRM, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations.
You will work cross-functionally with regional, operations, CRM, digital, procurement, and creative teams to build scalable acquisition and retention programs for couriers.
- Lead courier branding initiatives, including the development and distribution of courier merchandise, thermal bags, uniforms, and other branded materials.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution with cross-functional teams, ensuring high delivery quality and strong business results.
- Identify growth opportunities through courier CRM communications and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with CRM teams to improve courier activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation metrics.
- Coordinate and optimize digital acquisition campaigns focused on courier growth (campaign setup and technical launch are handled by the digital team).
- Analyze campaign performance and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Develop and scale influencer marketing and key opinion leader collaborations to strengthen courier community presence and employer branding.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to adapt supply marketing strategies to specific market needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging acquisition channels.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, CRM, or supply-side marketing.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/lifecycle marketing.
- Experience launching offline branding or merchandising projects is a strong plus.
- Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, or community marketing programs.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
