Why this role matters
As a Senior Digital Designer within the Marketing Division, you are responsible for creating impactful visual experiences across digital, social, web, print, and emerging media. Sitting in a specialized design unit and working with a high degree of autonomy, you translate business and marketing goals into compelling creative solutions while ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution across campaigns, brand initiatives, product storytelling, events, and social media. Including OpenAI search trends and brand protection protocols.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Design high-performing digital assets across websites, landing pages, banners, emails, social media, display advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and evolve the visual identity of the Exness brand across digital, print, 3D, motion, and AI-driven formats.
- Use AI prompting to concept and generate visual ideas at speed for identity and branding projects.
- Design all types of digital assets based on the visual identity for internal and external purposes, as well as print materials for events (booths, posters, brochures, rollups, merchandise, etc)
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and visual toolkits that ensure consistency and efficiency across teams and platforms.
- Experiment with new technologies and formats to push creative boundaries and ensure the visual identity remains forward-looking.
- Collaborate with Design Leads, Brand, and Strategy teams to bring bold visual ideas to life through non-campaign projects (e.g., product branding, digital experiences, internal comms, event identities).
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Any design-related education is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio showing branding, AI generation, 3D, motion, and experimental design is a must.
- 5+ years of digital design experience for global brands (agency + in-house mix). Social media experience is a plus.
- Strong digital foundations (digital).
- Strong ownership, proactive mindset, clear communication, ability to collaborate, influence, and work effectively in ambiguity.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, taking full ownership of complex design challenges.
- Strong conceptual thinking and visualization skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Proactive approach to process-building and a "hands-on" mindset aligned with the division's 2026 operational philosophy.
- Daily collaboration with design managers, lead brand designers, and cross-functional creative pods.
- Regular interaction with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, effective design tasks.
