Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help our team advise clients on DevOps practices and delivery approaches. You will combine hands-on expertise with consulting skills to improve reliability, automation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps consulting engagements with clients to assess needs and define actionable recommendations
• Design DevOps strategies that improve delivery speed, reliability, and operational maturity
• Advise clients on best practices for automation, monitoring, and incident response
• Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to align goals, scope, and expectations
• Build implementation roadmaps that translate recommendations into prioritized work
• Support adoption of DevOps processes across teams through coaching and enablement
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes clearly to client stakeholders

Requirements

• DevOps experience (3+ years)
• Consulting skills with client-facing communication
• Senior-level ownership and accountability
• Strong project execution skills
• Solid infrastructure and operations knowledge
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
