Senior DevOps Engineer - Amazon Connect

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, deployment, and operation of an enterprise Amazon Connect contact center platform using DevOps and SRE practices. You will take solutions from concept to production while maturing IaC and CI/CD standards across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform from design through production operations
• Design scalable Amazon Connect architecture, configuration, security controls, and operational processes
• Build complete Amazon Connect solutions beyond contact flow configuration, including APIs and integrations
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation to standardize environments
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines with Git-based workflows, versioning, and deployment governance
• Automate deployments and operational tasks to improve reliability, repeatability, and recovery
• Troubleshoot complex issues across AWS services, networking, integrations, and application components
• Coordinate release management activities, including code reviews and change controls
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and enterprise applications using serverless and event-driven patterns
• Define and improve engineering practices that raise platform resiliency and delivery quality

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Amazon Connect in enterprise environments
• 3+ years experience with AWS architecture, including serverless and event-driven patterns
• Technical leadership skills to own and modernize a production contact center platform
• Project delivery skills to take solutions from concept through production
• Strong Infrastructure as Code skills with AWS CloudFormation and ongoing maintenance practices
• Strong CI/CD skills with Git-driven development and pipeline design
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, integrations, networking, and applications
• Clear communication skills to collaborate on release governance, reviews, and standards
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
• Strong automation and scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
