Senior Data Technology Consultant (Data & AI)
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Data Technology Consultant to become part of our expanding Data & AI practice. This position serves as a link between technology and business value, enabling clients to leverage data for transformative outcomes. You will be instrumental in designing innovative data solutions, contributing to sales initiatives, and providing outstanding value to clients via strategic advisory and technical know-how.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and expert teams to match client requirements with data-driven solutions, bridging business challenges to our offerings
- Take full ownership of the presales lifecycle, covering opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal creation, demonstrations, and client presentations
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to capture business objectives and technical requirements, ensuring our solutions align with client goals
- Design customized data solutions spanning cloud-native platforms, data integration, advanced analytics, and AI/ML models to deliver actionable business insights
- Craft compelling proposals, pricing structures, and value propositions to win opportunities and secure new engagements
- Keep current with emerging developments in Data & Analytics, Cloud, and AI, offering strategic guidance to clients and fostering innovation within the practice
- Help build reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies that boost operational efficiency
- Serve as a mentor and knowledge resource across the team, promoting skill development and the sharing of best practices
Requirements
- Substantial background in presales, solution architecture, or consulting, with an emphasis on Data/AI technologies and associated business use cases
- Solid technical expertise in legacy Data Warehouse platforms such as Oracle, DB2, Informatica, and SSIS
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud data technologies including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Working experience with modern data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake
- Knowledge of data science methods and skill in evaluating client needs to match with technical solutions
- Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, capable of converting complex technical ideas into clear, client-friendly narratives
- Demonstrated success in interacting with senior stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations or pitches
- Proven ability to produce detailed proposals, RFP responses, and pricing/engagement models for data-related services or projects
- Grasp of strategic consulting principles and capability to formulate future-state recommendations and roadmaps for client success
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project scoping skills, with a track record of handling complex tasks in fast-paced settings
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a similar field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong English communication skills, with the capacity to clearly convey technical concepts to varied audiences
