Senior Data Integration & BI Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Data Integration & BI Engineer to support and evolve the LATAM data and analytics landscape by keeping BI and data integration solutions stable while advancing a pragmatic modernization journey. You will collaborate in a hybrid legacy-and-cloud environment and help drive transition and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain BI and data integration solutions across LATAM
- Ensure operational continuity for analytics and integration platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in ETL pipelines and BI reporting
- Work across hybrid environments that include legacy and modern tooling
- Reduce dependency on legacy knowledge by documenting and standardizing processes
- Coordinate transition, stabilization, and knowledge transfer activities
- Contribute to modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BI and data integration/ETL delivery
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration workflows
- Strong leadership in driving transition, stabilization, and knowledge transfer activities
- Project execution skills in hybrid legacy and modern analytics environments
- Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, validation, and troubleshooting
- Strong collaboration skills for working effectively in distributed teams
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

- Spanish language skills for LATAM coverage
- Experience with Informatica
