Senior Data Analyst — Cargo – Kazakhstan
As a Data Analyst for InDrive’s Cargo team, you will generate insights and propose solutions. Your work will directly impact business growth, operational efficiency, and mobility solutions within the Cargo flow.
- Develop and scale the cargo business model platform via finding points of growth and implementing new features
- Analyse key metrics to identify deviations, growth opportunities, and product development directions
- Assess potential profit from new business projects or product features
- Conduct A/B testing, including developing conditions and interpreting results
- Make recommendations for improving the product and business, and find optimal solutions to improve the convenience of interaction between the user and the product
- Interact with all teams of the Data Department to optimise data flows, control the quality and integrity of product data, and create data marts for the product
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
- Analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, the ability to find a balance between the resources spent and the effect on the business
- Strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimisation theory, time series and causal inference
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries
- Proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimise complex queries, create analytical data marts
- Experience in creating BI reports: Plotly / Redash / Tableau
- Professional working proficiency in English
