We are seeking a seasoned Senior Compliance Specialist to become part of our Compliance and Governance Team, leading the C5:2026 uplift initiative across products by managing the entire compliance lifecycle, from initial gap analysis through to audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a gap analysis comparing the current C5 certification status with the updated C5:2026 requirements
- Evaluate existing controls, processes, and compliance documentation to pinpoint necessary updates and gaps
- Record new and revised control requirements while mapping them to existing operational workflows
- Develop, propose, and support the implementation of remediation strategies to address identified compliance gaps
- Support control owners in carrying out uplift tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate and participate in evidence gathering, documentation updates, and audit preparation efforts
- Lead workstreams autonomously, ensuring deliverables are met with minimal oversight
- Support additional compliance and governance projects within the team as required
- Ensure ongoing audit readiness for newly addressed C5:2026 criteria
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, information security, or IT audit functions
- Strong knowledge of C5 certification frameworks and control mapping techniques
- Experience performing gap analyses and developing remediation plans
- Proficient in evidence collection and preparing for audits
- Ability to work independently and lead workstreams without close supervision
- Solid grasp of compliance and governance frameworks
- English language skills at B2 level or above
