Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist – Kazakhstan
This role will be responsible for developing and managing the compensation&benefits process and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HRIS systems.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis.
- Support the HRBP team and managers on compensation and benefits (CnB) matters.
- Approve job offers, internal transitions, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on compensation strategies and employee reward programs.
- Manage vendor contracts and optimize benefits program costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HRIS systems.
- Experience in multinational environments is a plus English B2+
