We are looking for a Reward Analyst (Equity-focused) to support the development and implementation of our global equity reward framework, with a focus on the next phase of equity program development. This role will work closely with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, and external partners to contribute to equity design, modelling, and operational setup. You will play a key role in benchmarking, reward analytics, plan documentation, and vendor coordination, helping build scalable equity processes as we continue to evolve our long-term incentive strategy.
- Support the design and implementation of equity positioning and grant guidelines
- Produce benchmarking insights and summaries for senior leadership
- Contribute to global LTI program design and scenario modelling
- Model share-based compensation (SBC) and track dilution
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Tax on forecasting and country feasibility
- Work with internal teams on compensation ranges and geographic multipliers
- Consolidate market, legal, and tax data into clear analytical materials
- Prepare structured packs and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- 8–10 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Reward Consulting
- Hands-on experience with equity compensation (RSU, ESOP, LTI programs)
- Strong experience in compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and reward program design
- Advanced Excel modelling (financial modelling, scenario analysis, large datasets)
- Experience preparing analytical materials for senior leadership
- Understanding of equity structures, SBC, dilution, and global compensation frameworks
- Familiarity with market-leading reward practices and geographic pay differentiation
- Ability to work with large datasets, structure insights, and solve complex problems
