Senior Cloud Security Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to drive the security and scalability of our cloud environments across Azure and GCP. This hands-on role focuses on enhancing Kubernetes security, implementing DevSecOps practices, and fostering collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security into every stage of development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM)
- Secure Azure and GCP environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures
- Implement and enforce Kubernetes security controls, including AKS
- Integrate security measures within CI/CD pipelines using a Shift-Left approach
- Operate and manage security tools such as Wiz and SentinelOne
- Support vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response processes
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure adherence to security best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP
- Expertise in Kubernetes security and related tools
- Demonstrated experience in implementing DevSecOps practices and securing CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of CSPM/KSPM tools and their application
- Strong understanding of API security along with cloud IAM principles
- Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with container security tools or runtime protection
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments and associated complexities
- Background in automation or scripting with tools like Python or Bash
