Senior Cloud Network Engineer (Azure)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of cutting-edge Azure network architectures.
This role requires expertise in Azure networking, security, and infrastructure to support seamless integration and performance for enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure network infrastructures, including virtual networks, subnets, and network security groups
- Configure and manage Azure network services, such as Load Balancer, Application Gateway, and VPN Gateway
- Ensure compliance by implementing advanced network security measures like access controls, threat protection, and encryption
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into Azure network services effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues to enhance overall efficiency
- Provide technical recommendations for network optimizations and scaling strategies
- Stay updated with Azure networking advancements to guide architectural improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Azure networking, including virtual networks, network security groups, and related services
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Expertise in implementing network security measures involving firewalls, access controls, and data encryption
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing Azure network setups for high performance
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure migration and transitioning on-premises networks to Azure Cloud
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Container Instances
- Skills in network automation with tools like Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform
- Background in Jenkins, Network Administration, or Terraform for advanced automation and infrastructure management
