We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven
Senior Client Partner Manager to lead advertising partnerships across our app ecosystem, within a brand-new business division at
InDrive that is scaling rapidly.
This is a foundational role in shaping and accelerating our Advertising vertical, helping position InDrive as a powerful and differentiated media platform for brands and agencies.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leading brands and media agencies, designing high-impact, data-driven advertising strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will own the end-to-end advertising lifecycle — from identifying and unlocking new business opportunities and driving proactive outreach, to client acquisition, relationship development, campaign oversight, and post-campaign performance evaluation.
You will lead the advertising sales strategy for a portfolio of high-value brand and agency partners, driving adoption of our expanding suite of ad solutions while delivering sustainable revenue growth and long-term strategic value for both clients and the business.
- Develop and execute multi-format advertising campaign strategies (video, display, and native) that align with brand objectives, drive measurable outcomes, and contribute to exceeding revenue targets.
- Own and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets for your assigned portfolio through strategic account growth and new business acquisition.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with marketing executives and key decision-makers across partner agencies and client organizations.
- Leverage persuasive communication and creative problem-solving skills to navigate stakeholder relationships, foster trusted marketing conversations, and convert opportunities into advertising revenue.
- Serve as a proactive cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with the International Ads team, Product, Marketing, Operations, and in-country teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Drive adoption of our evolving ad solutions by clearly articulating differentiated value and positioning InDrive as a strategic media partner.
- Expand existing client partnerships and onboard new advertisers through innovative engagement strategies, while maintaining accurate CRM and KPI tracking.
- Lead campaign performance reviews, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations to maximize client ROI and long-term investment.
- Passion for the online advertising ecosystem, with resilience and the ability to thrive in a multi-region, multi-language, international environment, complemented by excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills.
- 4+ years of experience within a digital media or advertising platform (directly or via a vendor/partner), with proven expertise in end-to-end digital advertising sales supporting enterprise-level brands and media agencies.
- A creative and engaging storytelling approach, leveraging data and insights to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
- Strong commercial instincts and curiosity for advertising technology and evolving media solutions, combined with a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset and genuine excitement for building and scaling something new.
- Experience working with key digital advertising performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and a strong understanding of the programmatic and mobile advertising ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and CRM systems.
- Fluent English and native Spanish required; Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus. Availability for a hybrid work model, with regular presence in the Mexico office.
- Competitive compensation package including comprehensive medical, dental and life insurance coverage
- Meal allowance
- Enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment where new ideas and perspectives are encouraged and valued
- Have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company and the industry as a whole
- Partially or fully paid additional training courses, including English classes, and regular external and internal training
