As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner at Qonto, you will play a key role in making our compensation decisions fair, competitive and scalable.
Your mission will be twofold: act as a trusted partner on sensitive compensation decisions and build the frameworks that will support Qonto’s long-term growth.
You will work closely with Jean-Raphaël Demol, your future manager.
As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager at Qonto, you will
- Partner with the business by advising Talent Acquisition, People Partners and managers with benchmarks and guidance on hiring offers, promotions, retention cases and off-cycle reviews.
- Turn complex compensation and Benefits questions into clear recommendations, combining business context, internal equity, market data and long-term consistency.
- Own key compensation processes & cycles: policy updates, salary review cycles and compliance monitoring and contribute to projects end-to-end.
- Build scalable frameworks across global grading, leveling, salary ranges and pay transparency.
- Strengthen compensation governance by improving decision rules, data quality and self-service resources in collaboration with People, Finance, Legal and HRIS teams.
What you can expect
- Have a direct impact on hiring, retention, internal equity and the employee experience.
- Combine business partnering with the opportunity to build frameworks that will scale across Qonto.
- Work closely with Jean-Raphaël Demol, with growing exposure to more strategic topics as you build track record.
- Take ownership of complex, highly visible topics rather than operating as a data provider or process administrator.
- Operate within an experienced, international and AI-first environment where strong judgment matters as much as technical expertise.
About You

- Ownership: You take initiative and drive complex topics on your own, from identifying the problem to implementing solutions, in a fast‑moving environment.
It would be a plus if you have:
- Worked in tech, fintech or another fast-scaling international environment.
- Contributed to multi-country compensation projects.
- Experience with Comptryx, Radford, Figures, Pave or another modern compensation platform.
