Responsibilities:
Gather, validate and document business requirements
Analyze current systems and identify areas for improvement
Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
Create functional specifications for solutions and internal technical documentation
Design APIs and interaction scenarios
Help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gather technical and non-technical information
Outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements
Improve and validate existing methods for generating product and project documentation
Define tasks to developers and testers
Requirements:
3+ years of BA/SA experience
Mathematical, analytical, creative and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in verbal and nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills
Effective logical thinking skills
Prioritisation, high focus, and self-motivation
Explain ideas in simple and user-friendly language
Good understanding of SDLC, PDLC
Experience in using business analysis tools, knowledge of process modelling notations and visualizing the architecture, such as: BPMN, UML, C4, etс
Strong knowledge of integration patterns and formats
Experience in creating data models
Certifications (preferred)
Good level of spoken and written English and Russian
