Senior Business Analyst - Payment Gateway

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payment Gateway services to join our team and drive the design of new functionalities while working closely with stakeholders across local and global locations.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate raw requirements into user stories grouped by features and delivered across 2 to 3-month program increments
• Lead grooming and planning sessions and estimate scope using T-shirts and story points
• Work on the ongoing project while adhering to existing procedures
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams from local and global locations
• Identify internal and external dependencies
• Identify NFRs and discuss them with the project team and client-side teams
• Design new functionalities within Payment Gateway systems

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Background in Payment Gateway Services and Systems
• Knowledge of Gateway Services and Mobile commerce platforms
• Hands-on experience in Scrum, Agile, and requirement gathering including BRD and FRD
• Understanding of the SAFe framework
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams from local and global locations
• Ability to identify internal, external dependencies, and NFRs

Nice to have

• Experience of Rally ALM
• Background in Banking and Financial Services projects
• Basic technical understanding of SQL, Postman, and APIs
