Senior Business Analyst (P&C)

Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst (P&C) to drive transformation and system enhancement initiatives for Large Commercial / Specialty P&C insurance, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements
• Map and improve underwriting and claims processes
• Translate business workflows into clear requirements and user stories
• Support delivery and enhancement of insurance systems and digital solutions
• Coordinate UAT and support implementation activities

Requirements

• Business Analyst experience in Large Commercial / Specialty P&C insurance
• Knowledge of underwriting and claims processes
• Experience in Property, Engineering, Construction, Marine, or Corporate/Specialty Risk
• Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence

Nice to have

• Background as an Underwriter or Claims professional
