Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a long-running insurance policy administration application within a distributed team. You will investigate complex production issues, document requirements and solutions, and support configuration and delivery workflows. Apply to help drive clarity and reliability!
Responsibilities
- Investigate complex functional and production issues and define next actions
- Triage production incidents for the core team and coordinate resolution steps
- Document issue understanding and produce solution-focused requirements artifacts
- Elicit requirements from business users and vendor BAs and confirm acceptance criteria
- Create epics, features, and user stories in Azure DevOps for complex functionality
- Support configuration activities across rating, UI, error messages, and document prototypes
- Contribute to and maintain the knowledge repository using MS Office and SharePoint
- Collaborate with business users and the development team to clarify priorities and delivery plans
Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in software delivery
- Strong investigative skills at systems analyst level
- Hands-on project experience writing epics, features, and user stories in Azure DevOps
- Strong requirements elicitation and estimation skills
- Strong documentation analysis and knowledge transfer documentation skills
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration experience
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher) for direct client communication
