We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – AI to join our AI Enablement Team, reporting directly to the program Data Lead. In this role, you will support the design and implementation of Smart Intake and other AI-enabled solutions across Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, helping establish the business foundations required to enable intelligent intake, workflow automation, supplier intelligence and other AI-driven capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sourcing teams to develop and maintain preferred supplier strategies, support supplier rationalization initiatives, reduce supplier complexity and translate supplier guidance, sourcing approaches, supplier classifications and category-specific buying rules into structured business frameworks and AI-ready data
- Collaborate with category teams to develop and maintain Coupa catalogues, including catalogue creation, supplier onboarding, content management and ongoing optimization to support compliant purchasing and AI-enabled buying experiences
- Lead the collection, analysis, cleansing and maintenance of supplier, spend, category and procurement data to support supplier rationalization, preferred supplier strategies, catalogue development and broader sourcing transformation initiatives
- Gather, document, analyze and manage business requirements for AI, automation, workflow and sourcing transformation initiatives
- Drive the design and documentation of intake forms, business rules, routing logic, workflows, approval paths and user requirements
- Carry out data cleansing, data standardization, data validation and data quality improvement activities
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of business taxonomies, metadata structures, supplier classifications and other AI-ready business data foundations
- Prepare process maps, business requirements documents, user stories, workflow documentation and supporting implementation materials
- Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities and deployment readiness for AI-enabled capabilities
- Produce reports, analyses, presentations and supporting materials for project teams and leadership stakeholders
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, project support or data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related discipline
- Background in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, workflows, process maps or business documentation
- Experience supporting technology, automation, digital transformation, data or business improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with structured and unstructured business data
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools and business datasets along with data analysis activities
- Experience supporting testing, validation, quality assurance or implementation activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively within global, matrixed and multinational organizations
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders, functions and geographies
