Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Handle first-level queries from the business team, analyze them and collaborate with project teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and objectives
• Leverage your strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in data management workflow
• Foster teamwork among team members and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with developers, engineers and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful solutions
• Utilize your knowledge of Agile methodology to drive iterative development and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in BA on E-commerce, Digital Marketing or Retail projects and Mobile/Digital Transformation
• Experience with microservice architecture, diagrams (UML, BPMN)
• Experience with MACH technologies (commerce tools, Contentful, SF Commerce, etc.)
• Experience with domains like DXP/CMS, MarTech, OMS etc.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Proficient in understanding and addressing client needs
• Capable of managing relationships with stakeholders
• English language proficiency at C1 level or above
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to effectively work in distributed multi-cultural multi-time-zone environment
• Ability to resolve cross-team dependencies and build effective communications with different kind of stakeholders (Client, UX, dev, QA, etc)
• Deep understanding of the Customer business domain, eager to learn, interest in new technologies, striving for perfection in details
