Senior Business Analyst
We are actively searching for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to fill a key role in our project, which is dedicated to the modernization and standardization of the IT and OT landscape at power production sites in Greece.
This role emphasizes digital transformation and enhancing cooperation among stakeholders. The perfect candidate will possess robust analytical skills and be prepared to travel throughout Greece to achieve project goals effectively.
This position requires readiness for business trips across Greece. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel within the country as part of their job responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of IT services at production sites
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current IT and OT applications
- Standardize the technology stack and solutions at various sites
- Oversee cloud migration and update selected applications
- Organize on-site training sessions for end users
- Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment and integration
- Propel initiatives focused on boosting productivity, elevating security, and reducing costs
- Seamlessly integrate and comprehend legacy systems
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables amid stringent deadlines
- Maintain a client-focused method throughout the project
Requirements
- Demonstrated business analysis skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in application modernization
- Familiarity with discovery tools, GCP migration tools, and VM migration
- Background in service discovery techniques and best practices
- Capability to manage work under strict deadlines and adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or allied field
- Readiness to travel within Greece for discovery sessions and project needs
Nice to have
- Additional certifications in business analysis or project management
- Past exposure to the energy sector or experience with OT systems
