Senior BMC Helix Specialist

We are seeking a Senior BMC Helix Specialist to lead the configuration, customization and enhancement of our BMC Helix ITSM platform. In this role, you will drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities into our service management environment, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the BMC Helix ITSM platform to align with business requirements
• Manage users and teams within the BMC Helix environment, ensuring proper access and governance
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into the platform, including language processing, chat, documentation and suggestion features
• Design and implement enhancements to existing BMC Helix ITSM workflows
• Develop and maintain integrations between BMC Helix ITSM and other enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ITSM operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the BMC Helix platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Document configurations, customizations and integration processes for knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience working with BMC Helix ITSM
• Expertise in BMC Helix ITSM configuration and customization
• Proficiency in implementing enhancements and integrations within the BMC Helix platform
• Background in Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration
• Skills in managing users and teams within ITSM environments
• Familiarity with embedding AI capabilities such as language processing, chat and documentation suggestions into ITSM tools
• Capability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
