Purpose of the Role
The Senior Associate, Portfolio Strategy and Investments (PFI) drives PFI's core mission by actively shaping PASHA Financial Holding's (PFH) portfolio and leading the execution of capital and transaction decisions. The role operates with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of complex, high-impact projects, particularly large-scale M&A, partnerships, and capital events.
Strategic Context
The role combines advanced analytical capability with end-to-end execution responsibility, while also providing quality assurance and methodological guidance to strategic asset teams. The Senior Associate works closely with the Portfolio Strategy and Investments Director, to whom the role reports, and partners regularly with senior stakeholders across PFH, including the CSPO and the PFH CEO.
