Senior Application Support Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to exciting e-commerce initiatives, providing 2nd-line technical support with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Our client is the largest international health & beauty retail group in Asia and Europe, with over 12,000 stores operating 13 retail brands in 24 markets worldwide, serving over 27 million customers per week. The client operates the world's largest portfolio of retail formats and retail brands, spanning health & beauty, luxury perfumeries and cosmetics, food, electronics, and fine wine.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support for existing Hybris-based e-commerce solutions
- Participate in the development of new Hybris-based e-commerce websites
- Support the migration of existing Business Units to the latest platform versions
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Interact directly with the customer to understand and address their needs
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile best practices (Scrum)
- Operate within a Scaled Agile Framework environment
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Document support activities, solutions, and knowledge base articles
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in application support
- Proficiency in application support tools
- Expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
- Skills in SQL and Flexible Search
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of Agile best practices, including Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework
- Capability to interact directly with customers and deliver customer-oriented solutions
- Effective problem-solving skills and orientation toward continuous process improvement
- English skills at a B1 level or higher
