We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer who is passionate about designing and developing scalable agentic AI solutions. This role will focus on leveraging LangChain/LangGraph frameworks, RAG evaluation, vector databases, and advanced data engineering practices, alongside Python and AWS expertise, to deliver innovative AI-driven systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI systems, including autonomous and multi-agent architectures, optimized for production-grade environments
- Utilize LangChain and LangGraph frameworks in designing interactive AI-driven systems
- Apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) evaluation techniques to improve AI efficiency and performance
- Develop scalable, high-performance backend solutions in Python optimized for data-driven AI applications
- Drive cloud-based deployments and manage infrastructure, leveraging AWS services for scalability and reliability
- Integrate vector database technologies to enable advanced data retrieval and storage capabilities for LLM workflows
- Optimize AI-driven systems by developing and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures
- Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot system bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operation of deployed AI solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the AI systems into larger platforms
- Manage end-to-end AI product development lifecycles, from concept to deployment
- Document system architectures, workflows, and processes for knowledge sharing and maintenance
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously innovate and refine solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles
- Expertise in designing agentic AI systems, including autonomous or multi-agent architectures
- Strong programming background in Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks for building advanced AI tools
- Solid experience with AWS and deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments
- Background in machine learning methodologies, algorithms, and data structures design
- Competency in leveraging relational and non-relational database systems, especially vector databases, for AI applications
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, real-world problems efficiently
- Capability to work in fast-paced environments with a solutions-driven mindset
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
