Senior AI Engineer/ AI Agents Development

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in AI agents development to join a team building an AI-native PDLC framework that embeds AI across the product development life cycle. This role is part of a broader initiative to bring AI expertise into the SDLC and product development, shaping how AI capabilities are integrated into engineering workflows and enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an AI-native PDLC framework to embed AI capabilities across the product development life cycle
• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents that support and enhance SDLC and product development workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration across product development stages
• Architect scalable and reliable AI solutions aligned with business and technical objectives
• Integrate AI agents with existing platforms, tools, and enterprise software ecosystems
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve the AI-native framework
• Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for AI agent development and deployment
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams adopting AI-driven workflows
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI agents in production environments to ensure performance and reliability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record in production-grade AI systems
• Expertise in designing and developing AI agents and agentic workflows
• Proficiency in building AI-native frameworks and embedding AI across the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Background in product development life cycle (PDLC) processes and methodologies
• Skills in integrating AI solutions with enterprise software platforms and ERP-related systems
• Understanding of scalable AI architectures, deployment strategies, and MLOps practices
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Showcase of technical leadership, mentorship, and driving AI adoption within engineering organizations
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
