Senior AI Engineer
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior AI Engineer to support our clients in advancing their AI capabilities across various initiatives including AI-powered customer support, agentic staff training and agentic shopping.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI agents leveraging LLMs such as OpenAI APIs on Azure
- Design and implement function calling methodologies to enhance AI agent capabilities
- Ensure chatbot accuracy and reliability through hallucination prevention techniques
- Integrate and streamline AI workflows using Python
- Collaborate on responsible AI and compliance efforts to align with ethical AI guidelines
- Lead initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI development
- Partner with teams to support agent-based training and AI-driven shopping solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with LLMs, Claude Code or similar technologies
- Strong coding proficiency in Python for AI development and integration
- Knowledge of hallucination prevention techniques and MCP
- Background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices and ethical AI
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Ability to define and implement testing strategies using chatbot performance metrics
- Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing methodologies
- Understanding of cloud services or ability to define cloud engineering requirements
- Experience creating data requirements for data engineering teams
