Senior AI Engineer
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and operate our AI application platform, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), a multi-model gateway, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, agentic workflows and secure chat interfaces. You will own production-readiness, observability, cost control and governance while collaborating closely with product, data and security teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for production use
- Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools
- Build a multi-model gateway to support diverse AI models
- Create agentic workflows using tools such as n8n
- Deliver secure chat interfaces with OpenWebUI or custom solutions
- Own production-readiness through IaC, CI/CD and Kubernetes
- Establish observability, cost control and governance practices
- Collaborate with product, data and security teams to align platform capabilities with business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles
- Expertise in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Proficiency in building agentic workflows with tools like n8n
- Skills in deploying secure chat interfaces such as OpenWebUI or custom-built solutions
- Background in IaC, CI/CD and Kubernetes for production-grade systems
- Competency in observability, cost control and governance for AI platforms
- English level B2+
