CoinsPaid is looking for experienced Account Sales Executives to drive new business across priority verticals such as Travel & Hospitality, E‑Commerce & Luxury, Fintech & PSPs, Gambling & Gaming, Forex, and Adult. In this performance‑driven role, you will own a vertical territory, build and close a high‑impact pipeline, and act as the face of CoinsPaid at trade shows, conferences, and on‑site prospect client interactions across Europe.
- Own the new‑business sales strategy and execution for your assigned vertical, from prospecting through to signed contracts and initial handover to account management.
- Build, manage, and convert a qualified outbound pipeline by combining targeted outreach, industry networking, referrals, event leads, and partner channels.
- Conduct high‑impact discovery, solution demonstrations/presentations and commercial negotiations with C‑level and senior stakeholders to win high‑value merchant accounts.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs, with clear ownership of forecast accuracy and deal progression in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success to tailor pitches, pricing, and solutions to the needs of your vertical.
- Represent CoinsPaid at key European/ Global industry events and trade shows within your vertical, proactively generating meetings and follow‑up pipelines from event attendance.
- Travel for prospect client‑site visits, roadshows, and executive meetings to advance strategic opportunities and strengthen relationships.
- Plan and run on‑site and virtual sales campaigns around major events (pre‑booking meetings, hosting side events, follow‑ups) to maximize ROI from travel and sponsorships.
- 5+ years of outbound sales, business development, or account sales executive experience in one or more of the target verticals, with a strong track record of closing large, complex B2B deals.
- Hands‑on background in the assigned industry (e.g. working for a casino, aviation/travel brand, EMI/PSP, or related company) a major plus and having an established decision‑maker network.
- Deep understanding of payments or fintech; crypto payments experience is a strong plus, with the ability to explain value, risk, and compliance to non‑technical stakeholders.
- High outbound energy, self‑starter mentality, and disciplined execution across prospecting, meeting generation, and deal management using SFDC CRM and sales tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel for trade events and client visits, sometimes at short notice, while working effectively in a remote‑first, international team.
