We are looking for a SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to lead global SAP QM support and drive consistent quality processes across business units. You will own SAP QM delivery across SAP S/4HANA and connected modules, ensuring smooth operations, strong reporting, and ongoing process improvements—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Handle global support requests from Quality Management business units
- Implement SAP processes that align with business requirements
- Coordinate incoming support requests from business departments, including SAP S/4HANA topics
- Maintain master data, oversee inspection planning, and run inspection lot processing
- Resolve complaint management cases and manage quality notifications (Quality Notification types F1–F3)
- Assess quality situations and determine quality status
- Administer calibration and inspection equipment, including maintenance plans and scheduling
- Provide reporting outputs and perform data analysis
- Execute customizing activities in SAP QM
- Partner with business units to optimize processes and ensure effective SAP QM integration
Requirements
- Proven experience of 7+ years as an SAP QM Consultant
- Advanced expertise in SAP Quality Management and SAP EWM
- Solid background in SAP modules PP, MM and LOG with QM integration
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA support and implementation
- Deep understanding of master data management (class characteristics, inspection characteristics, inspection methods)
- Strong capability in inspection planning, inspection lot creation and processing
- Practical familiarity with complaint management and quality notification handling
- Demonstrated skills in calibration and inspection equipment management, including maintenance plans and task lists
- Proven ability to deliver reporting, data analysis and SAP QM customizing
- Track record of driving process optimization across teams and stakeholders
- Very good command of English (B2+ / Upper-Intermediate)
