SAP CPQ Consultant (Market2Cash)

We are looking for a SAP CPQ Consultant to join the team responsible for the design, implementation and support of SAP CPQ solutions within the Market 2 Cash (M2C) process. The role focuses on product configuration, pricing and quoting tailored to the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to the Market 2 Cash process, focusing on product configuration, pricing and quoting
• Design, configure and implement SAP CPQ solutions tailored to the manufacturing industry's needs
• Integrate SAP CPQ with SAP S/4HANA, CRM and other relevant systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales and IT teams to ensure alignment of CPQ solutions with business objectives
• Develop and execute test plans, conduct user training and provide post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CPQ processes and integrations
• Document functional and technical specifications, process flows and user guides
• Stay updated on SAP CPQ best practices, new features and industry trends

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP CPQ and SAP Customer Experience
• Understanding of the Market 2 Cash process, including product configuration, pricing and quoting
• Knowledge of integrating SAP CPQ with SAP S/4HANA, CRM and other relevant systems
• Background in designing and implementing CPQ solutions for the manufacturing industry
• Capability to gather business requirements, develop test plans and deliver user training
• Proficiency in documenting functional and technical specifications, process flows and user guides

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Mendix
• Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud
• Skills in SAP IBP
