SAP ABAP Developer - S/4HANA EAM

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to independently design and develop ABAP/RAP solutions, integrate Fiori/UI5 and OData components, and support quality assurance through automated testing and technical documentation within an S/4HANA EAM environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain complex ABAP/RAP features and solutions
• Develop Fiori/UI5 applications and integrate OData services
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks, including ABAP Unit and PTF tests
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across development environments
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for developed solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX Designers, User Assistance Developers, Scrum Masters, Quality Engineers, and SAP Managers
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers to align on project goals
• Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ABAP programming and the ABAP Development Environment
• Expertise in ABAP OO, RAP, and BAPI for enterprise application development
• Proficiency in CDS View Modeling, Fiori, and OData/Gateway technologies
• Skills in test automation tools such as ABAP Unit, PTF tests, and test isolation methods
• Familiarity with SAP tools and platforms including QMate, CRM WebUI, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and 1Order
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Capability to work well with cross-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of customer-focused development practices
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
