We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Developer to come on board with our team.
This position contributes to Salesforce feature and platform delivery within a client-facing transformation setting focused on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and associated solution capabilities. The engineer should be self-reliant enough to operate from feature objectives, intended outcomes, and business context, instead of depending on detailed direction or story-by-story breakdowns from a lead. The role fits an engineer who already brings a solid Salesforce foundation and is willing to function within a more adaptable team structure, where duties may combine development, configuration, administrative work, integration support, and cooperation across neighboring technical fields. This is not a role for someone who expects assignments to come only as fully pre-defined tasks. Hands-on involvement, proactive clarification, and growing ownership are essential expectations.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver features and scoped outcomes with steadily growing autonomy
- Raise questions promptly, tackle uncertainty early, and put real effort into grasping business intent before escalation
- Break down your own assignments into achievable technical units rather than waiting for others to fully outline each step
- Work across both declarative and programmatic Salesforce changes depending on what delivery requires
- Assist with administrative and platform-level tasks when needed, such as flows, permissions, configuration, and deployment-related activities
- Incorporate AI-assisted and spec-driven approaches into daily execution
- Stay open to neighboring technologies and wider cross-functional team duties rather than confining yourself to a narrow Salesforce-only boundary
- Share progress, blockers, and risks with the team and stakeholders in a timely manner
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant professional background
- Strong practical Salesforce experience, especially within Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, and common Salesforce platform customization techniques
- Ability to operate from partially defined feature scope with guidance, without requiring every task to be fully pre-decomposed
- Familiarity with Git-based delivery, deployments, testing expectations, and disciplined engineering habits
- Openness to working in a broader engineering context that may include adjacent integrations, administrative tasks, or supporting technologies
- Willingness to make productive and responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools
- Strong learning agility, ownership mentality, and proactive communication approach
- Excellent spoken and written English communication abilities (B2+ level or higher)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud infrastructure and hosted offerings
- Experience working with Broadcom Rally for agile planning and project oversight
- Familiarity with Copado for Salesforce release management and DevOps automation
- Background in DevOps approaches, covering continuous integration, delivery, and environment governance
- Exposure to Genesys for contact center and customer experience platform integrations
- Practical use of GitHub for version control and collaborative coding
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation
- Java programming skills for creating or contributing to backend services and integrations
- Working command of JavaScript for front-end and Salesforce-related development activities
- Acquaintance with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its services
- Experience using Python for scripting, automation, or backend support work
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce Field Service for field operations and dispatch coordination
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing automation and customer engagement
