We are looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager who will lead the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives from planning through deployment. This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects, teams, and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high quality and on-schedule implementation
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and clear, consistent communication
- Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with delivery goals
- Facilitate team and client meetings to gather requirements, track progress, and resolve blockers
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, coordinating with teams to resolve escalations and maintain project stability
- Apply Salesforce best practices and project management methodologies across all client engagements
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure solution integrity
- Understand and guide architectural decisions across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Establish and manage CI/CD processes within the Salesforce environment, with awareness of different strategies and their trade-offs
- Support the full lifecycle from pre-sales to post-go-live, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer needs and expectations
- Apply margin calculation and forecasting practices to support budget planning and resource management
- Ensure teams follow coding standards, naming conventions, and best-practice development guidelines
Requirements
- At least 8 years of IT experience, including 3+ years of proven experience in a Delivery Manager role with strong Salesforce domain knowledge
- Strong project management skills, preferably with Agile methodology experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and overall Salesforce ecosystem practices
- Knowledge of margin calculation, budgeting, and team staffing principles
- Basic understanding of coding standards and development best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills in English (both verbal and written, B2+ level)
