Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand business challenges and apply a consultative selling approach to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions across Life Sciences, MedTech and healthcare
- Integration of industry trends, emerging technologies and digital strategies into client solutions to ensure innovative and relevant offerings
- Partner with sales leadership to forecast and model team performance across vertical territories and use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Collaboration with alliances and the Salesforce channel to design and execute a robust GTM strategy and foster joint business development initiatives
- Assess sales activities across accounts and implement best practices to optimize team performance, enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales or alliances within Salesforce services
- Minimum of seven years of experience in enterprise technology and the channel ecosystem with a proven track record in Solution Integration (SI) sales
- Clear communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated success in relationship management, business development and oversight of pipeline and sales processes
- Self-directed approach to work with a focus on results and exceeding goals
- Collaborative mindset with the flexibility to adapt to shifting business priorities
- Ability to travel up to 25% to engage with clients and partners
