Salesforce Architect
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team.
In this position, you will play a key role in defining the technical vision for Salesforce initiatives and fostering innovation across the organization. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver solutions that drive business success and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement Salesforce solutions that address specific business needs
- Develop detailed technical designs to support project execution
- Oversee configuration and customization of Salesforce to maximize platform capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with external systems
- Offer technical direction and mentorship throughout project stages
- Monitor quality standards and promote best practices in Salesforce development
- Assist with ongoing support and improvements for Salesforce applications
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience working with Salesforce technologies
- Minimum 3 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Architect, Owner, or Coordinator
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more people
- Participation in at least 5 end-to-end projects or involvement in several projects spanning different development phases
- Experience in designing AI architecture within Salesforce platforms
- Skilled in using Salesforce Agentforce for automation and integration tasks
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Primary Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team
- Comfortable operating in a fully remote work environment
- Excellent English communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly to a wide range of audiences
