We are looking for a Salesforce Architect capable of reviewing high-level customer stories and enriching them with thorough technical notes for the team within the CCaS (Contact Center as a Service) Migration project.
In this position, you will be instrumental in defining the technical backbone of the solution and steering the team through intricate implementation hurdles. You will partner closely with stakeholders and engineering colleagues to make sure delivery stays aligned with business priorities and architectural principles.
Responsibilities
- Steer the technical course of Salesforce-driven initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Convert business expectations into actionable technical direction for engineering teams
- Craft comprehensive solution designs that take into account scalability, performance, and ease of maintenance
- Partner with cross-functional groups to agree on technical approach and delivery roadmap
- Drive architectural conversations and key decisions across multiple workstreams
- Inspect implementation artifacts to confirm consistency with defined design standards
- Spot potential technical risks early and recommend mitigation tactics ahead of execution
- Assist developers during the build phase by offering hands-on architectural guidance
- Encourage knowledge exchange and help elevate the overall technical maturity of the team
- Convey technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional background
- At least 2 years operating in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator capacities
- 2+ years guiding teams of no fewer than 5 members
- Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects, or experience releasing a product or a major product feature to market
- Strong command of Service Cloud, APEX, LWC, and Force.com for delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations
- Demonstrated track record in solution design, producing scalable and high-quality outcomes
- Capability to author and maintain technical documentation and supplement user stories with detailed technical notes for clear communication
- Solid skill in interpreting high-level stories provided by the client and enhancing them with detailed technical notes for the team
- Expertise in applying design and development best practices to guide and oversee the engineering team effectively
- Practical experience working alongside the Product Owner (PO) to refine and finalize story details before development kicks off
- Reliable background in shaping integration flows and architectural patterns across systems
- Sharp attention to detail and accountability for meeting deadlines and specifications
- Effective teamwork and communication abilities for thriving in an agile setup with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills for tackling and resolving development challenges efficiently
- Ability to mentor and lead the development team while ensuring alignment among stakeholders
- Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills at an Advanced level
