We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our expanding Inbound Sales Team.
What you'll do:
Qualifying inbound leads and closing deals.Turning leads into customers.Activate and engage customers to ensure they start using our product.Work closely with other teams to create a seamless sales experience.Track and analyze your daily performance, always aiming for improvement.Be a true Finom ambassador—understand our product inside out and communicate its value clearly.
What you'll bring:
1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-volume, inbound sales.Strong communication and people skills—you know how to build rapport and close deals.You’re organized—you manage multiple customers at different sales stages with ease.A results-driven mindset: you set goals and work hard to exceed them.Adaptability and resilience—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.Passion for fintech and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B Banking startups is beneficialMust-have: fluent English (Additionnal languages are helpful, especially Italian, French, German and Spanish).You work well independently but love being part of a team.You're ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented—you love winning!
