We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our expanding Inbound Sales Team.
What you'll do:
Qualifying inbound leads and closing deals.
Turning leads into customers.
Activate and engage customers to ensure they start using our product.
Work closely with other teams to create a seamless sales experience.
Track and analyze your daily performance, always aiming for improvement.
Be a true Finom ambassador—understand our product inside out and communicate its value clearly.
What you'll bring:
1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-volume, inbound sales.
Strong communication and people skills—you know how to build rapport and close deals.
You’re organized—you manage multiple customers at different sales stages with ease.
A results-driven mindset: you set goals and work hard to exceed them.
Adaptability and resilience—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fintech and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B Banking startups is beneficial
Must-have: fluent English and an additional advanced-level language - Especially French, Italian or German.
