Design and execute qualitative research projects including in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups (FGDs), ethnographic studies, and field observations.
Develop discussion guides and qualitative research frameworks aligned with research objectives.
Conduct fieldwork across Metro Manila and surrounding areas, engaging directly with research participants.
Ensure high-quality documentation and organization of research materials and insights.
Analysis & Insight Generation
Analyze qualitative data to identify behavioral patterns, motivations, and decision drivers.
Translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Prepare research reports, insight summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Project Coordination
Coordinate participant recruitment, field logistics, and research timelines.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure research outputs inform business and product decisions.
Mentorship
Mentor 1–2 junior researchers, supporting their development in qualitative research methods, interviewing, and analysis.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in qualitative research (research agency, consulting, academic, or in-house research team).
Strong experience conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups.
Experience supporting or leading qualitative research projects end-to-end.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize qualitative data.
