Repossessed Assets Manager
We’re looking for someone who can take our recovered assets process from reactive → fully optimized.
This role is for a hands-on operator who knows how to turn repossessed motorcycles into real recovery value — managing every step from intake to resale, while building systems that scale.
If you’re someone who understands the motorcycle resale market, thrives in execution, and enjoys building processes from the ground up — this might be for you.
What you’ll do
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of repossessed motorcycles end-to-end
- Manage intake, assessment, valuation, and resale of units
- Decide and execute resale strategies (dealers, direct buyers, etc.)
- Coordinate repairs and preparation for sale when needed
- Handle documentation, ownership transfer, and registration
- Track all units and ensure full visibility of status and timelines
- Continuously improve recovery rates and reduce turnaround time
- Build, standardize, and scale processes as volume grows
- Report performance, bottlenecks, and improvements to leadership
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years experience in asset recovery, dealership operations, or vehicle resale
- Strong understanding of motorcycle valuation and resale market (preferred)
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset — you don’t just plan, you execute
- Ability to build processes from scratch and improve them over time
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Familiarity with vehicle documentation and ownership transfer processes
