Join us as a Regulatory Reporting Officer and help build accurate, scalable reporting processes as Qonto becomes a bank and expands across eight European markets. Working at the intersection of regulation, data and operations, you’ll own key regulatory submissions and collaborate with Data, Accounting, Tax and Risk & Compliance to turn complex requirements into reliable, repeatable reporting. You’ll join our Regulatory Reporting team and report to Vincent Arnould, Regulatory Reporting Lead.
➡️ What you'll do
- Regulatory submissions: Prepare, review and submit accurate regulatory reports to Qonto's banking supervisors on time.
- Data gathering and quality: Work with Data, Accounting, Tax and Risk & Compliance to collect, reconcile and validate the information required for each submission.
- Scalable processes: Improve reporting workflows, controls and documentation so they scale as Qonto becomes a bank and expands into new markets.
- Regulatory monitoring: Keep reporting practices current as regulations evolve and translate new requirements into concrete deliverables.
- Cross-functional projects: Contribute to CI readiness, data-quality improvements and projects that strengthen regulatory understanding across Qonto.
➡️ What we're looking for
- Experience: Solid experience in regulatory or financial reporting, banking projects, or another regulated and data-intensive environment. A background in banking, fintech or financial-services consulting is a plus, but not essential.
- Excel and data skills: Strong Excel skills and the ability to organise complex data accurately; database-management experience is a plus.
- Analytical rigour: Strong analytical and project-management skills, with close attention to quality and deadlines.
- Autonomy and adaptability: You can independently manage complex work, learn quickly and adapt as requirements evolve.
- Stakeholder management: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate inputs across several teams.
- Languages: Fluent English. French, or another European language would be a big plus.
➡️ What we can offer you
- International scope: A role covering our eight markets and supporting Qonto's ambition to become a true European champion.
- Strategic impact: Direct involvement in Qonto's CI transition and the reporting processes that will support our growth as a bank.
- Meaningful ownership: Responsibility for a share of a high-volume reporting calendar within an autonomous team that values quality and clear ownership.
- Cross-functional exposure: Close collaboration with Risk & Compliance, Data, Accounting and Tax in an agile environment that adapts quickly to regulatory change.
