Join us as a Regulatory Reporting Expert to streamline and strengthen Qonto's regulatory reporting processes, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations across our four markets. You'll join our growing Risk & Compliance team and report to Vincent Arnould, our Regulatory Reporting Lead. Your work will directly support Qonto's ambition to become a true European champion.
➡️ What you'll do
- Regulatory submissions: Manage and submit accurate regulatory reports to Qonto's banking supervisors on time.
- Scalable processes: Develop reporting processes that scale as Qonto grows into new markets.
- Cross-team data gathering: Work with teams across the company to collect the data needed for comprehensive, on-time reports.
- Regulatory monitoring: Keep reporting practices current as regulations evolve.
- Cross-functional projects: Contribute to projects that strengthen regulatory understanding and compliance company-wide.
➡️ What we're looking for
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, in banks or fintech companies.
- Excel mastery: Strong Excel skills; database management experience is a plus.
- Analytical rigor: Strong analytical and project management skills you use daily.
- Languages: Fluent English. French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese or German would be a plus.
- Stakeholder management: Strong teamwork and stakeholder management abilities.

Your manager will be Vincent Arnould, our Regulatory Reporting Lead.
- His path? Vincent built his expertise at leading financial institutions. At Rothschild, he managed regulatory reporting before moving to GE Capital to focus on treasury and asset-liability management. Before joining Qonto in 2022, he spent 5 years at Wolters Kluwer as a Senior Consultant, guiding financial institutions through complex regulatory compliance requirements. He holds Master's degrees from Sciences Po Lille and IAE Paris-Est, and has taught banking regulation as an instructor.
- What does he bring to the team? Deep knowledge of banking regulations and asset-liability management across multiple frameworks. His combined experience as both consultant and in-house expert gives him a practical view on effective regulatory solutions, and he's skilled at explaining complex concepts clearly as your team navigates fintech's regulatory landscape.
