We are looking for a People & Talent Partner to support the growth of a new Hyderabad hub. In this role, you will combine technology recruitment responsibilities with onboarding, local coordination, and day to day support for colleagues and office needs.

This opportunity is focused on building the early foundations of a new Hyderabad hub. You will support technology recruitment while also helping new colleagues settle in and ensuring local operations run smoothly.
About the Team
You will work closely with Recruitment, Staffing, account teams, local leadership, and established functional teams. The collaboration style is cross functional, hands on, and focused on supporting a growing local presence.
Responsibilities
- Own and support recruitment for Hyderabad vacancies in collaboration with Recruitment Staffing and account teams
- Source engage and interview technology candidates
- Provide candidate and market feedback to hiring stakeholders
- Build knowledge and networks in the Hyderabad technology talent market
- Support offers hiring and onboarding of new colleagues
- Meet and welcome newcomers as a local point of contact
- Help with practical office needs and coordinate with relevant internal teams
- Build connections in the local technology community
- Bring local knowledge into team decisions
- Take ownership of local priorities as the Hyderabad presence develops
Requirements
- Experience in technology recruitment or a People role
- Hands on recruitment experience
- Knowledge of the Hyderabad technology market
- Experience sourcing technology candidates
- Experience interviewing candidates
- Experience working with hiring teams
- Experience supporting offers
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take responsibility beyond a narrowly defined role
- Problem solving skills
