• You will review a large amount of traffic data (road incidents: constructions, closures, etc.), and feedback from customers to improve their experience
• You will do a root-cause analysis using various data sources and tools to understand the customers’ issues
• You will make high-quality edits on OSM and other internal data sources based on guidelines
• You will provide investigations and analysis, find patterns, and write reports
• You will interact closely with teammates, managers, and engineers to improve current tools, workflows, products, and services

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with large volumes of traffic data, identify patterns, and perform root-cause analysis
• Quick learner: able to grasp new tools, workflows, and guidelines efficiently
• English level: B1 (intermediate), both written and spoken — sufficient for daily communication, reading guidelines, and writing reports.
• Willingness to work a 2/2 shift schedule from the office is required (2 days on, 2 days off), with day shift from 8:00am to 8:00pm and night shift from 8:00pm to 8:00am.
• Basic knowledge of traffic regulations is required

Would be a plus:

• Background in GIS, cartography; familiarity with OSM or similar mapping tools
• Practical use of AI tools for data retrieval, automation, or workflow optimization
• Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, JS, or low-code platforms for analysis and automation
• Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence
