We are looking for detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manual Testers to join our team in Bangkok. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality software by ensuring functionality, reliability and performance across complex systems.
You will work closely with developers, product stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute and maintain test cases for functional, integration and end-to-end scenarios
- Report and track defects with clear documentation and collaborate closely with developers on resolution
- Create professional documentation in English and Thai to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Follow established testing standards, security practices and organizational guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and identify risks early
- Contribute to improving testing processes and overall product quality
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SDLC, risk-based testing principles and multiple testing types including unit, integration and E2E
- Skilled in exploratory testing, edge case identification and validating scenarios beyond the happy path
- Ability to inspect browser console logs, analyze API network calls and verify data using SQL
- Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive test documentation including test plans, scripts and summary reports
- Experience managing the full defect lifecycle with clear traceability to original requirements
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, Zephyr or Azure DevOps for test management
- Familiarity with Postman or Swagger for manual API validation
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent practical experience
- Professional proficiency in English and Thai, both spoken and written
