About the Position
We are looking for a Python Developer with MCP experience to contribute to the development of a modern AI integration platform focused on scalable services, observability, and secure cloud native solutions. You will work on server side MCP implementations, API integrations, and cloud based services while collaborating with engineers across multiple disciplines.

The project focuses on building and enhancing an AI driven integration platform that enables communication between applications, services, and AI tools through secure and scalable APIs. The platform emphasizes cloud native architecture, observability, and reliable service orchestration to support enterprise grade workloads.
About the Team
You will work within a cross functional team consisting of Python developers, cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, architects, and QA engineers. The team follows a collaborative approach with regular knowledge sharing, code reviews, and close cooperation across all stages of delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server side implementations of the MCP protocol
- Build scalable APIs and integration services using Python and asynchronous frameworks
- Design and implement cloud native solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway
- Integrate observability capabilities through OpenTelemetry traces, metrics, and logs
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high quality solutions
- Contribute to container security practices and platform reliability
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and technical discussions
- Support the continuous improvement of application performance and scalability
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Python development
- Commercial experience with API development and integration engineering
- Hands on experience with asynchronous Python frameworks such as FastAPI or aiohttp
- Experience with FastMCP, asyncio, and Pydantic
- Experience working with AWS Lambda and API Gateway
- Knowledge of server side MCP protocol implementation
- Experience implementing observability using OpenTelemetry, including traces, metrics, and logs
- Understanding of container security fundamentals and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment
Nice to Have
- Hands on experience with the FastMCP library
- Experience integrating tools with LangGraph
- Exposure to AWS Bedrock
- Exposure to AgentCore
- Experience working on AI enabled platforms and services
